| WHAT ARE THE CATEGORIES OF OBESITY? |
| The BMI (body mass index) measures the weight/height ratio by dividing your weight (expressed in kilos) by your height squared (expressed in metres). |
For example:
- If you weigh 65 kilos
- And if your height is 1.6 metres, the square of your height will be (1.6 x 1.6) = 2.56
- Then your BMI = 65/2.56 = 25.39
